"Cancelled flight and a long delay after"
I had a frustrating experience with Iberia Express 😕 My original flight was cancelled quite late, and the replacement flight they booked me on ended up being delayed too, so I basically lost almost an entire day.
The staff weren’t rude or anything, but the communication was all over the place and I had to keep chasing for updates. It wasn’t the worst airline experience ever, but i’d avoid booking with them again if I had another option

"They told me I’d get a refund and..."
They told me I’d get a refund and made it sound like everything would be handled quickly, but that’s not what happened at all. I’m still waiting, there’s been no compensation, and every time I follow up it’s just another excuse. Really frustrating when what they promise doesn’t match reality...

"A Tiny Booking Drama, But It Worked Out"
I had a bit of a moment when the price changed on me once during booking, like the plot suddenly thickened. It was a little confusing, but in the end the booking went through fine, so crisis averted.

My bag didn’t make it to Madrid with me, and the whole thing felt way more stressful than it should’ve. The people at the desk didn’t seem to have any real answers, so I was just stuck waiting and hoping. Two days later, the suitcase finally showed up like it had been through a battle, complete with a broken wheel. it was a mess from start to finish. After that kind of baggage handling, I don’t see myself flying with them again

"Check in was such a hassle"
I tried checking in online and it just would not work. The app kept sending me around in circles with no clear help anywhere. In the end I still had to stand in line at the airport which was really annoying

"Cheap at first, but I wish the fees were clearer"
I booked because the fare looked really affordable, and I was hoping I’d found a good deal. But once I started adding a bag and picking a seat, the price climbed quickly. I would’ve felt better if the extra costs were more obvious upfront, because I kept wondering if I was missing something or doing it wrong. By the end, it didn’t feel like such a bargain anymore. I’m not sure I’d book with them again unless I knew exactly what the final price would be from the start.
"Seats were so uncomfortable"
The flight itself was fine, but the seats were just terrible. They were hard, cramped, and there was barely any room at all. My knees were jammed the entire time, and I kept trying to shift around but nothing helped. The seats were uncomfortable from the moment I sat down and stayed uncomfortable the whole flight. It was a short trip, but because of those seats it felt way longer than it should have. If comfort matters to you, I’d probably avoid this one.

I used the Iberia Express app to check in and manage my booking, and it got the job done in the end. It was just a bit slow here and there, especially when loading my flight details. I was sitting with a coffee at the time, which probably made me notice the waiting more than usual, but still, it wasn’t the smoothest experience.
The boarding pass showed up fine, and that’s really the main thing when you’re trying not to stress at the airport. Some of the buttons were a little unclear though, and I had to close and reopen the app once before it refreshed properly. Not a disaster by any means, just one of those apps that works but could definitely feel more polished.

"Booking baggage on the site was a nightmare"
Maybe I’m just impatient with clunky websites, but this one really got on my nerves. Every time I tried to add baggage, the pages kept freezing, and the login seemed to send me around in circles. By the time I finally got to the payment screen, it was confusing enough that I had to double-check everything. i felt like I wasted half my evening on something that should’ve taken five minutes.

"Really rude crew, and barely any help onboard"
The crew came across as really rude, and it felt like they just ignored us most of the flight. We asked for help a couple of times, but no one seemed interested, and even the drinks took forever to show up. It was just a frustrating experience overall, and I really don’t see myself flying with them again

"Boarding was kind of a mess"
Boarding was just... not great. It took way longer than it should have, and nobody seemed to know where the lines were supposed to be. The staff looked a bit lost too, which didn’t help. We ended up leaving late, so yeah, not exactly the best way to start the trip.

"Okay flight, but delayed again"
The flight was alright overall. We left a bit late, which made me a little nervous at first because I wasn’t sure how much it would affect the arrival time, but thankfully we still got in not too badly delayed. I just wish the timing felt a bit more reliable.

"Cabin felt really dirty"
My seat had crumbs all over it, like it hadn’t been wiped down at all — and the tray table was sticky. The floor didn’t look cleaned either. it made the whole flight feel gross.
